Tullibody
Our History and Heritage

One can be forgiven for thinking that the village of Tullibody has nothing to offer in the way of history or heritage but nothing is further from the truth. Tullibody is an ancient village in the smallest county of Scotland, Clackmannanshire. It dates back to 4,000 BC or earlier.

Tullibody History Group

Tullibody History Group was formed in 2001 and The Heritage Centre opened in 2003. It is housed in part of the Tullibody Community Centre

The History Group have achieved much in Tullibody since its inception. We welcome you to come and participate in exploring the local archives, models, and various other historical materials that we have gathered and are readily available for public access and study. After visiting us, we believe that you will discover the reason why the present village of Tullibody merits a Heritage Centre
